PNB Housing Fin opens new branch in Hyd

Hyderabad: PNB Housing Finance Limited, a housing finance Company promoted by Punjab National Bank, expanded its footprint in Hyderabad with the opening of new branch office.

The Company’s retail disbursement stood at Rs 7,832 crore for the financial year ended September 30, 2023. PNB Housing Finance also plans to open additional branches under the ‘Prime’ retail loans offering, taking the total number of Prime branches to 138 by the end of this financial year. The current distribution network stands at 110 branches serving the Prime segment, along with 100 branches for affordable housing segment.
